Try the good cordial offered here. Clients don't highly appreciate taro at this restaurant. The staff is said to be hospitable here. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Bam Tara Hotel and Restaurant. Most reviewers suppose that the ambiance is charming here. We were a group of 5 , went on a week day to tarapith. The hotel is neat and clean. Location is near to tarapith temple at the market. Even two best non veg and veg restaurants (Loknath and Madavi ) are at the entrance of this hotel. The fixed pricing of the hotels are in the website like a menu chart . So no bargaining. Prices are discounted on a normal weekday but increases on holiday and weekends. Clear and straight forward as they mentioned. Would like to recommend. But visitors can move a little away from the market place to get cheaper hotels. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Child-friendly, Great value

Extremely BAD behavior and Unprofessionalism !!! I called Hotel Bam Tara, on 20th Dec 2024, on their booking number, to book a room for 3 adults. It was around 6:30pm. The person on the call almost hurried me to send Hi over whatsapp, saying it was nearly their closing time, although their booking hours is till 8pm. After he completed sending me the details over whatsapp, he messaged me to pay the entire amount of the room * number of days to stay, to book the room, which is non-refundable. This is their policy. My non-refundable amount to pay was around 4700/- . So, before paying I wanted to have a quick talk with him regarding the room. I called 2 times, he did not pick up, instead wrote "We are too much busy now booking work, Pl pay and book your room" . I have the Whatsapp screenshots. Those are not getting uploaded here may be due to size issue. If anyone wants the screenshots email me. If this is their attitude during booking, then we know what behavior we can expect during the stay. Service: 1
