Chef don't like to compromise in terms of food
The staff is very friendly and tries best to cater your preferences.
The service is a little slow but doesn't matter when taste is considered.
I have tried almost every dish from this menu and the dishes served here are quite different from what i have had earlier but i must say that this restaurant has made me addicted to its food.
The rates are very very genuine with the best quality used and with minimal use of cooking colours and artificial flavours.
The most interesting part of Balthazaar is that you can find the chef himself, personally talking orders from the customers making the dish specially for you as per your preferences.
However the heart of this restaurant lies with its slogan "Think Hat ke Eat Dat Ke"
