I’ve visited this café multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing due to poor communication and customer handling.On one visit, I was asked to move tables because I was alone, which I was fine with. However, I was then sent to the upper floor, which was completely empty, and no one came to take my order for over 30 minutes. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to place the order.On another occasion, I asked for the Wi-Fi and was told it’s not shared on weekends. No problem—I respected that rule.A week later, I returned again. I placed my order at the reception and was asked where I’d be sitting. When I said upstairs, I was told someone would come up to take my order. After going upstairs, a waiter informed me that the area was booked and I needed to vacate by 5 PM (this was at 4:45). I agreed and moved downstairs.Once seated downstairs, I opened my laptop, and another waiter immediately told me that laptops are not allowed on weekends. This was confusing, as this rule had never been mentioned before, including during my visit just a few days earlier.If there are rules around seating, Wi-Fi, laptops, or bookings, they should be clearly communicated—via signage, the menu, or even social media—rather than being enforced inconsistently after customers are already seated.Good cafés aren’t just about ambiance and marketing; basic clarity and customer service matter just as much.

The cafe and the ambiance is great ! But, The menu card is very confusing as they don’t have signs for Veg and Non Veg mentioned . We ordered Balsam burger which was non veg and it was not mentioned nor even the guy mentioned who was taking order . Personally had a bad experience.

after lunch today, I purchased this croissant to take home and this is how they had packed it. the croissant was literally jutting out of the box, folded on one side! pathetic service!
