I was disappointed with the service and food which I got. First of all the service took lot of time even when the restaurant was almost empty. The in between orders were not managed properly. The food which I got was not properly cooked and I had to ask them to cook it again. The food was okay but not up to the expectation. The place was cozy with lots of seating capacity. This is a okay restaurant combination of south and north, good location on the 4th floor. Good for one time eating with friends or family. A kerala styled restaurant..with kerala vibes inside the restaurant from the sitting to the music felt very good as we entered... As we visited around 10.30 they only had around 3 menus available.. biryani..pepper chicken and the manchurian...we ordered all.. The food was good...biryani was delicious - a good kerala biryani...even the starters were tasty..For the food I would rate this place a 4 star..The food I had was too good.... The service..was dull..I mean it took him around 30 min for the biryani and other dishes..and whatever we asked him...his reply was nahi hey...ella... Was a bit in ignorance state when he approached is for the order... The ambience vibe is good...the quantity and quality of the food is also good... Now lets come to pricing..fair enough for the food provided... Must visit this place if your a kerala biryani lover...with clean favours and no additional things... The only thing that disappointed me was the service and unavialbity of the dishes... Other than that this place offers pretty good food...
