A total traumatising experience. We went today (Nov 25) for Dinner as a family. Ordered VEG Manchow Soup. Was served CHICKEN Manchow Soup. As the lights were soo dim and we were also very hungry, we had a sip or two before realising that we were served CHICKEN. Immediately called the waiter who took our order. The manager also came and tried to solve the situation. HOW? By asking us to have soup again. This time though a veg soup was served. We were in no mood to continue eating there but since it was already late, hesitantly had limited items to half fill our stomach. So, what's the solution the restaurant gave for this? They said they will waive off the bill. But that's not a solution. In fact, nothing could solve the traumatic evening we had at Balle Balle. As staunch vegetarians, this will keep haunting us for a long long time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
