I’m writing this out of sheer frustration and disappointment after the horrible experience my friends and I had at your restaurant last night. The three of us dined at your establishment which, frankly, we chose based on your so-called “reputation” and presence across Mumbai — and now all three of us are down with severe food poisoning.This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to uphold high standards in food quality and hygiene. I expected much, much more from a chain with such a large footprint. Instead, what we got was a nightmare of an experience that has left us bedridden and sick.What makes this worse is that I have a flight tomorrow, and given my condition, I may have to cancel or reschedule it — something that not only causes logistical havoc but also financial and personal stress. It’s honestly shocking that something like this could happen at a restaurant of your scale.Baliboo has completely lost my trust. I’m genuinely appalled at how carelessly food must have been handled to cause something this serious. This experience has done irreversible damage to your image in my eyes, and I’ll be warning others in my circle about it as well.I hope you take this seriously — not just to offer some generic apology — but to reflect on where your systems are failing.
