The kidha which you are mentioning is actually fried rice which is stick to the lollipop And we try to use the least amount of maida and coating in our food and the soup might hav less chicken because sometimes when we hav many orders at the same time the chicken get unevenly distributed.And the cut mark which is seen in the pic is for doing double fry to make the lolipop more crispy.Many times the food which is cooked has might lack some taste ,or maybe quantity but it is not deliberate it happens once is a while which happens with every restuarant And to my defence I can promise we hav continuous customer at our restaurant we don't hav any food (raw product ) left by the end of the day.We use fresh product every day u can check anytime at our restaurant.Still if u feel that the food quality was not upto the mark I would like to apologise and I will try to give better food next time.
