I had ordered 6 items but only 5 were delivered. Out of 5 delivered 4 were ordered and the 5th was not ordered. Out of these 1 item packaging was open. I am attaching pic of open packaging and my bill. It can be compared with order.

ordered rasmundi rasmalai but received gurer rasmalai. The picture alongside the item was white and ordered that. But received one wirh nolen gur colour.
