If you have a sweet tooth, this legendary sweet shop is a must-visit in Kolkata! Tried the baked rasgulla, mango doi and rose petal sandesh and each one was absolutely delicious : rich, flavorful and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The quality, taste and service are all top-notch and the shop’s location is convenient making it easy to drop by and indulge in some authentic Bengali sweets. Highly recommended for anyone who loves sweets or wants to experience the best of Kolkata’s dessert culture!

Great sweets but world’s slowest service. There were 3 customers including me and 5 employees. It took a full 30 mins to get to me. One guy was learning how to use computers I think. And nobody acknowledged my presence or my order until I was the only one left in the shop lol I tried Sandesh and it was fabulous. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
