Found a house fly inside a rasgulla purchased from the Airport (VIP Road) branch of Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick. I contacted them via email and WhatsApp but received no response. Very disappointed with the hygiene and the silence on customer safety. I hope the management addresses this urgently. Received reply on mail. They are addressing the issue.
