I ordered cake from your shop and just now I received the delivery. The cake came in broken state which is not acceptable at all from your shop. I ordered it to cut the cake for my birthday and how I am going to cut it in this broken state. Please refund my money as it is not at all acceptable and how are we going to eat it. I am sharing the photo of cake with you kindly check and refund my complete amount and take away the cake as well

the cake base isn't good feel like a old base was used that destroys the taste and texture of cake
