The rice was very stiff and uncooked. Both the items lacked any vegetables. I must admit that paneer was of above average quality. With hardly any vegetables, I got veg handi biryani and veg pulao. I don't know if someone from Zomato or Food Corporation keeps a check on this cheating. I have observed such quality for 3 times now. I decided to not order any further from this Balaji Santosh Family Dhaba(Boduppal and Peerzadiguda). The overconfidence of these managers is probably pulling them down. They served nice food when I dined in. But with online orders, they utterly fail to provide even average quality which I observed thrice. I suggest other consumers to check on them and give an appropriate reaction to the cheating of this dhaba. The quality for the paid amount is something that we should check on as a collective effort of all the consumers in this democracy, else, due to lack of policing or quality check, such misdeeds of the vendors keep increasing. I am a vegetarian strictly and there are no pure veg outlets in the vicinity and I suspect that these guys won't allow competition to survive (through unfair means), leaving vegetarians no option but to rely on them. This must change. Hence, I request other customers to kindly consider observing the food quality from this outlet and inturn keep a check on unfair monopoly.
