**Horrible Experience at Balaji Pure Veg Restaurant, Mira Road- Sharp Wire in My Naan!** I While eating my meal, I bit into something hard and sharp in my naan only to find a piece thick silver wire stuck in it! This is extremely dangerous and could have caused serious injury. When I complained, the staff showed zero concern no apology, no accountability. They simply exchanged the naan and acted like it was no big deal. How can a restaurant be so careless with customers' safety? Serving food with hazardous objects is unacceptable! This place clearly has no quality control or hygiene standards. I will never visit again and strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to risk their health. Shame on you, Balaji Pure Veg!
