Things didn't improve at the counter. The staff member taking orders seemed entirely disengaged, almost as if they couldn't care less about the customers or their job. There was no warmth, no helpfulness, just a distinct air of apathy. When both the front-line staff and even the support staff exhibit such a poor attitude, it points to a deeper problem within the establishment.when asking his he didn't even hesitated to tell him as Manoj . Taco Bell (Next Galleria Mall, Punjagutta) Hi all, Me and my friend visited Taco Bell on 14-06-2025 for a quick snack while we were out on another errand. We tried just one item – the Crispy Potato Taco Meal that came with Cinnamon Twists and Unlimited Pepsi. What we liked: The Taco was tasty, especially with the Fire Sauce – crispy and satisfying for a quick bite. What we didn’t like: The Cinnamon Twists were honestly a disaster – too dry and lacking flavor. The Pepsi tasted overly sweet, not refreshing at all. The outlet is inside Next Galleria Mall – Punjagutta, so it's convenient if you’re already there for shopping or movies. Overall: It's okay for a quick taco fix, but don’t expect much from the sides or drinks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
