Ordered food and clearly requested plastic box packing like before. After payment, the guy at the counter refused rudely, used bad language, and didn’t return my money. Returned afterwards when gave warning. This is not just bad service, it’s insulting. Either train your staff to behave, or be ready to face legal consequences and personal follow-up. This time, after taking full payment, the man at the billing counter not only refused to pack it as requested, but also used offensive and rude language when questioned. To make things worse, he denied a refund and showed zero courtesy.
