"If you're looking for authentic, delicious, and incredibly soft idlis, Balaji Idlis is a must-visit spot. Their Mallige Idlis (often described as 'the softest') and crispy Vadas are the absolute highlights and definitely the star of the show. The accompanying chutneys, especially the green/pudina chutney, are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly complement the idlis. The sambar is also thick and tasty. Beyond the idli-vada combo, their dosas are quite popular and offer a good variety. Service is generally quick and the place offers great value for money—you'll leave feeling.
