Twice I faced the issue with this restaurant. I ordered the food from Zomato both the times. 1st time my order was picked up by a wrong delivery partner. It was the responsibility of the restaurant to confirm the order number before handing over it to ANY delivery partner. 2nd time (within couple of days) I placed another order with them. This time they sent only 1 dish out of 3 dishes. The restaurant is highly negligent towards their customers. I strongly recommend NOT to order food from Balaji Food Court ever. Extremely sorry for inconvenience In 1st order when rider came he showed us the order ID so we had handed over to him and later as it was rider mistake that he unassigned that order and so it went another rider Today when the rider came we handed over your 2 cover of parcel but as he was in rush he left 1 parcel here and later when called him in 5 mins that u let ur half parcel here than he was not ready to collect and we don't have any customer details once the order is picked up so that we can co ordinate or call. Later when we received call from your side we requested you that we can arrange parcel as soon as possible by us but we were refused. Extremely sorry for inconvenience once again next we would like to serve u directly from our in house delivery executive so that you won't received any inconvenience.
