I visited Balajee Restaurant after darshan, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was abysmal—there was no one to offer water or provide a menu promptly. The staff lacked basic knowledge about the dishes, including which sabji comes with which gravy, and showed no understanding of Jain dietary requirements. Even after placing an order, other waiters were clueless and asked us to identify “our” waiter, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite confirming three times for a Jain sabji, they included potatoes and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize. The overall system here is chaotic, and the service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
