Unacceptable Service and Payment Issues at Bal Gopal I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Bal Gopal restaurant today. My experience was thoroughly disappointing, and frankly, quite rude. Earlier today, at noon, an online payment was accepted by your establishment. However, my attempt to make another online payment this evening was rudely denied by the cashier. This inconsistency is baffling and incredibly frustrating. This starkly contrasts with the excellent customer service I encountered at a nearby restaurant. Despite not having an online payment facility themselves, they offered a thoughtful and convenient alternative by directing me to a pan shop next door where I could complete my online payment. This is how a business should operate—with a focus on customer convenience and problem-solving. Bal Gopal was once a favorite of mine, but due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff regarding payment, it no longer holds that distinction. If you wish to retain customers and prevent further loss of business, I strongly urge you to address these issues with your staff's behavior and payment policies immediately.
