I am beyond disappointed. I placed a pre-order of four items, totaling ₹1,627, for my sister’s birthday, only to receive a completely botched delivery. Instead of the Milk Choco Bento Cake and Strawberry Milk Chocolate Pastry I ordered, I received two Classic Choco Truffle Pastries. Not only were these incorrect, but they are also significantly cheaper than the original items. The total value of the items received was only ₹1,346, leaving a ₹281 discrepancy that has not been addressed. A pre-order is intended to ensure accuracy, yet this was a massive logistics failure. To make matters worse, your customer support on email and WhatsApp is non-existent; I am only receiving automated messages asking me to 'rate the order.' How can I rate food that I never even received? I expect a prompt resolution regarding the overcharged amount and the incorrect items. Food: 2 Service: 1

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Bakingo. I placed a custom cake order with clear instructions, but they messed it up not once — but twice. What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability. Instead of owning up to their mistake, their response was careless and ignorant, as if my order didn’t matter at all. For a brand that claims to specialize in celebrations, they managed to ruin mine with their incompetence. If you’re ordering something special or time-sensitive, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unreliable service. Repeated mistakes. No sense of customer responsibility Bakingo — never again. In case you are going to refute that,I never ordered from you. Here is the order id - 3920198. And, please train your customer service employee- Sangeeta to have some empathy for customers.
