I was disappointed with the fruit cake I received from Bakingo. The fruits used were stale and lacked freshness, and upon cutting the cake, I found that the base itself had hardly any fruits mixed in. It tasted more like a vanilla cake with a few old fruits scattered on top as decoration. The lack of quality and freshness of the fruits was a letdown, especially since I've been a frequent customer of Bakingo and have always been satisfied with their pastries for special occasions. Unfortunately, this cake ruined the event for me. Hopefully, Bakingo will take customer feedback seriously and improve their product quality.
