I ordered a beautiful cake from the team, but they completely ruined it by adding some strange colour. The colour was so strong that after eating, everyone looked like an Avatar! Even after washing our hands multiple times, the colour wouldn’t come off. I had also asked for customisation, which was completely missing. The team only gave a standard reply and didn’t take any responsibility. Would not recommend Bakingo to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They are cheaters. I had ordered pineapple cake and brownie combo which by apperance or taste not at all worth it. Awful taste and clumsy looks of cake and brownie. The brownies were hard and tasteless and cake was full of cream only, only name sake bread even though I had provided instructions that I need less cream cake. The customer service is even pathetic. They said if you have tasted it, they can't do anything. As if I should have just saw the cake and guessed the awful taste. Plz don't waste your money buying anything from them!!!
