I have ordered cake with rose and chocolate rose was not wrap properly also chocolates and cake was delivered without knife and candles also massage which was requested to write not written very poor services Service: 1

I had wrongly put a different date of delivery of bday cake. Realised late in evening and requested Bakingo for a change in delivery date and query was attended by Kunal Chauhan who was extremely kind and professional to amend the order details and cake was delivered at right time for the occasion.
