I ordered a butterscotch cake from Bakingo and received a rotten cake from them and they are calling me to rate their product even before it got delivered. And when i called them to raise a complaint they say that we can’t do anything if you ordered it through Swiggy, and Swiggy says that controlling the quality is not in their hands we can give the review to the restaurant. Such a disgusting experience, my whole mood and the day got spoiled. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Bakingo. The order was not delivered on time, and customer support was unhelpful. This is not the level of service I expected.

Love their fruit cake which I ordered 2 days back. The taste was quite good. Would give 5 number if they decrease the price a little bit. Food: 4 Service: 5 Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend
