3/5 – Average Experience, Could Be Better I’ve ordered from Bakingo a few times, and while their cakes are decent, the overall experience has been a bit mixed. The presentation and packaging are always nice and professional — cakes arrive looking fresh and well-decorated. However, the taste sometimes doesn’t match the appearance. Some flavors are really good (especially their truffle and red velvet), but others feel a bit dry or too sweet, which makes it inconsistent. The delivery is usually on time, but there have been instances where the cake arrived slightly damaged or with the icing smudged, which was disappointing, especially when ordering for special occasions. Customer support responds, but it often takes longer than expected to get issues resolved. Price-wise, Bakingo is on the slightly higher side compared to local bakeries, so I’d expect more consistency in flavor and quality. Overall, Bakingo is good for last-minute celebrations or casual orders, but if you’re looking for a guaranteed “wow” experience every time, it might not always deliver. I ordered cake for a special occasion and the delivery was scheduled between 6-9. Received message at 7.30 that the cake is out for delivery but to my surprise it didn't come till 9.15. finally after multiple conversations with the call centre who were also clueless in terms of delivery cancelled order and had to buy it from other offline store. Don't trust these guys. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
