We ordered a Black Forest birthday cake from Bakingo, and honestly, this was one of the worst cake experiences I’ve had. First, the cake was rock hard. Not “firm”, not “slightly dry”it was HARD. For a Black Forest cake, this is unacceptable. It felt like it had been sitting in a fridge for days. Second, the Dino theme was an absolute joke. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. What we received looked rushed, careless, and frankly embarrassing to put on a birthday table. It didn’t look cute, creative, or even professionally done. It looked like zero effort with zero quality control. This was for a special occasion, and Bakingo managed to ruin the moment. When you’re ordering a birthday cake, you expect at least freshness and basic design accuracy. We got neither. If you care about your celebration, do yourself a favor and buy from literally anywhere else. Local bakeries, home bakers, even a supermarket cake would have been better than this. Overpriced. The taste of the cake is really bad, was really disappointed with the safari theme cake not only taste was bad but also the print on the cake was not upto the mark and dull. The cake was full of cream which taste like palm oil. I felt like I'm eating palm oil. No taste completely spoiling my mood. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000

It's my first time here, and I'm fully satisfied. Loved the taste a lot. Butterscotch pastry is a must try here. Bakingo! You have many more orders coming from my side. Edit: It's 3 years and Bakingo has still been the same and expectional in terms of delivering amazing cakes!! They've infact earned the trust, for being genuine and amazing at their work!! Ordered two cakes and I'm highly satisfied with them. From packing, to ontime delivery, properly followed the instructions, paid attention to the smallest of things and met my expectations!
