I ordered a fruit n almond cake, but dint expect cream along, 50% was filled with cream, dint get cake feelings at all..... Really disappointing, think before you order

Pathetic experience every time we ordered cake through Bakingo website. People who are considering to order please blocklist this website. 1. The address location their app is using is completely useless. It always take different location & their courier service through porter is another level of frustration. 2. Everytime their cake delivered is completely thawed & damaged. Upon calling customer care team wanted me to wait 24hrs for a replacement ( checking patience level) or 10% of amount paid (joke) As I am writing this review this was my last time ordering through bakingo. Enough of harassment. Food: 1 Service: 1

Edit1:. Pista tres leches is delicious. Improvement suggestion: finely chopped Pista(not salted) slicings would add more taste. Packaging is nice. Packing is very impressive, cake box is awesome with some message written inside. Taste wise improvement needed as cream used is of ordinary quality.
