I had ordered boxes of patties, cake, chocolate and juice to be given at school of hope for my son's birthday. Even after taking the order and full advance payment. Delivery not done at 10 am while in the receipt it was written 8 am. Phone switched off. I had to run from bishtupur to sakchi pillar to post. One person calls and says the delivery will be done at 12 noon. Be mindful when taking orders if this is the service you are giving your regular customers. Sorry doesn't solve anything. Everyone paying hard earned money should boycott as they fail on delivery.. Service: Delivery Service: 1

Very disappointed with the service. I got some pastry packed. When I went home and checked, it felt very old and dry pastries. When I went back to return, they directly refused to entertain and said they can't do anything. Very dissatisfied. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
