I had a disappointing experience with this Bakery where I pre-ordered and prepaid for a 4KG cake for New Year's. Despite confirming the order over the phone before arrival, I faced a significant delay when I went to collect it. Initially told to wait for just 5 minutes, it extended to an excruciating 50 minutes, leading me to leave without the cake due to time constraints. Surprisingly, the staff didn't bother to follow up with a call or offer a refund for the uncollected cake. Additionally, the restaurant's actual appearance and the displayed cakes significantly differed from the images advertised on Google, suggesting possible misrepresentation.
