We ordered food(1 burger, 1 sandwich & 1 mojito) via irctc ecatering from Kollam Chennai express on Mar 12 around 6.30 pm. It was delivered on time by 7.55 pm and food was tasty. But I have concerns with their pricing. On the app, it's mentioned that price is set by restaurant only. When I compared the price at dine in vs online, it seemed like they add 30 Rs extra for each item. This is unfair because they also add 20Rs delivery fee and gst. We understand that Swiggy and zomato aggregators add more price, so we are trying to avoid their services. But here the app is provided by ecatering, then why the restaurant is adding extra amount on each item. They can have fixed delivery fee such as 30rs or so. But adding 30rs to each item in addition to 20rs delivery fee is unfair. Totally disappointed. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 1

Great Spot for Clean and Tasty Snacks ! I recently visited this café and was thoroughly impressed! They offer a great selection of clean and delicious snacks, including fresh buns, cakes, and puffs that are just perfect with their well-brewed coffee and tea. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is well-behaved and courteous, making the experience even better. Plus, ample parking space makes it convenient to visit without any hassle.
