I've been enjoying their excellent products for years but the attitude of the staff has become awful. They are rude, at best indifferent, and behave as though they're doing you a bloody favour by serving you. I mean, if you're buying a cake costing Rs 1500 ( which is not cheap by any standards) you expect polite behaviour and co-operation from the staff to help you select the best option. Instead, they stand stoically, unsmiling and grim, reluctantly showing you the cakes which are for sale. I was so irritated at the attitude of the staff that I was considering cancelling my order but cooled down and vowed to look for an alternate option to Bakers Street. I hope the management/ owner of the establishment take note. Too many successful eateries have crumbled because of bad service. Bakers Street is going down the same path (street?). Looking at the reviews I noted that another customer, Amol Wagmare, posted a 'poor service' review 2 months ago. The management's obviously not taking negative feedback seriously so long as the bucks keep rolling in. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
