Don’t order for important events, VERY POOR DELIVERY service, No courtesy to even responding to REPEATED communications.I had ordered cake for my sons B'day, The cake delivered was in DAMAGED condition and when contacting Bakers Inn, without showing any sense of apology the they simply refused replacement, saying they were over occupied with orders.I had guest starting to gather at home, I requested for at least partial repair by at least re-writing my sons name, to which Delivery boy agreed and said he will come back.Inspite of calling them repeatedly, neither the delivery boy nor the bakery people responded.I know I can’t trust them with for any events any more. Go with them if you are ready to TAKE RISK OF PRESENTING DAMAGED CAKE TO YOUR GUEST.
