I am extremely disappointed with this order. I ordered a fresh fruit cake from Swiggy, but what I received had no fruits whatsoever. The cake looked nothing like the picture shown on the app. This feels misleading and dishonest. Such false advertising ruins customer trust. Honestly, this was one of the worst cakes I’ve ever had. I ordered a bento cake for my cousin’s birthday, and it was extremely disappointing and embarrassing to serve. The cake was dry, tasteless, and felt like it had been made days or even weeks ago. It was so hard that no one could eat it, and we eventually had to throw it away. This was truly embarrassing for me. I’m genuinely surprised an academy or bakery would serve something of such poor quality. A very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
