I personally visited the restaurant & ordered Paneer Noodles. I informed the guy at the counter that I will come in the next 15 minutes to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order, the guy said that they have forgotten about my order. The guy asked me for my residential address & said that they will deliver in the next few minutes. After waiting for almost half an hour, I called & they said that I will receive the order. After waiting for another 15 minutes when I called them, there was no answer. This is sheer unprofessionalism & extremely poor customer service. Service: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
