I have been visiting Baker's Kitchen for months. Till now Highly satisfied with Dosa. Pizza is also good. Quantity and Taste of Chola Bhatura is also good. Price is very much justified. So , if you have tight budget and you want good food and great atmosphere. Then this cafe is for you. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Dosa is amazing.

I’ve visited Baker's Kitchen many times in the past, around 10 to 15 times just this month, and usually, the experience has been good. But my most recent visit left me extremely disappointed. When I arrived, I noticed that the tables were not even clean. There was leftover food on the table, and the pullover wasn’t clean either, which made the whole place feel unhygienic from the start. After leaving two slices of pizza that I wanted to take home, I asked the staff (since the manager wasn’t there) to pack the slices for me. I even offered to pay an extra Rs.10 for the packing. Shockingly, the staff refused. I then asked for a polythene bag, which they also refused to give me. In the end, I had to take the slices home in thermocol plates, which was really inconvenient. On top of that, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and the light was also malfunctioning, making the environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff, especially when the owner isn’t around, was unacceptable. One staff member, a short guy who acted like he was in charge, was rude and dismissive. His attitude was completely different from the pleasant experiences I’ve had before when the owner was present. This time, the food wasn’t good, and the service was terrible. I had previously thought of Baker’s Kitchen as a great place, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. I’m very, very disappointed with how things have gone downhill.
