Inconsistent pricing. Last week, I purchased an eggless chocolate walnut dry cake and was charged ₹230. Yesterday, for the same item, I was charged ₹250. A similar issue happened with the cheesecake as well ,different prices on different occasions without any clarification. Additionally, the quantity and quality seem to have deteriorated compared to earlier. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I found a small stone inside the Bakers Hut Chocolate packed cake while eating it. This is beyond disgusting and extremely dangerous. Do you even check what you are packing? A stone inside a cake shows complete carelessness and zero hygiene. Someone could easily break a tooth or get seriously injured. If a child had eaten this, the result could have been horrible. Also the staff is not at responsible. They were not attending me and were standing like a statue. Worst bakery to go. I have been a customer of Baker's Hut since 2015. Only few things I can say 1. No decrease in quality 2. No decrease in Quantity 3. Most helpful and friendly staff ever. Real thanks to them they always provide me with any cake design I have ever sent them.. never disappointed.
