They have sent me cake which is good in taste. But when I tried to reach them through call , it was unreachable and through email I don't get any response. So had no idea about the authenticity of PuneBakers. In the evening I got the cake sent through Golden Bakers and cookies. Still I would recommend you to order from other websites where you can reach someone if you have any queries and complaints. Food: 5 Service: 1
