Very poor customer service. I waited too long just for a brown bread. The boy at the counter was taking a cake order and even after completing it, he completely ignored me. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Other bakeries in Pathsala maintain proper customer service standards, but this place fails badly. Extremely disappointing experience. Not visiting again
