Dear Ms Roy, We sincerely apologise for your experience as mentioned. We never want our respected patrons like you to feel this way. We have inspected this issue and found out that your cake got damaged during the transit which is a very rare incident. We humbly request you to please don’t judge us by this instance quality and food safety being our top priority. We have already taken the corrective action and this will never repeat again.
