Been a regular customer in the fort road branch right from inauguration . Good tasty items. Problem is regarding the crowd inside. Even though friendly staff helps you a lot still there is push and pull from various sides, you get suffocated that you feel like leaving the spot immediately . If a little bit of crowd management is done it can help customers a lot. I request the management to think about this.
