Complaint: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service Dear [Bake my cake] Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your outlet. On [26th feb ], I placed an order for a cake at 11:20 am, which was promised to be delivered by 1 pm. However, despite multiple follow-up calls, the cake was not delivered until 5pm. The manager's assurance and lack of follow-through were unprofessional, and the staff's inability to provide a proper response when I visited the outlet was disappointing.
