We stayed here with our team for two days, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. The hotel service is shockingly poor – staff members are rude, uncooperative, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of being courteous to guests, they spoke arrogantly and even went as far as asking us to leave the room before our checkout time, which is completely unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider. The worst part – they served expired food. Yes, expired. This is a serious health hazard and shows complete negligence and lack of responsibility on their part. It’s shocking that a reputed hotel brand allows such things to happen under its name. Rooms were not maintained properly, and basic amenities were either missing or barely functional. There is no value for money here – you're better off staying at a budget hotel that at least respects its guests. I strongly do not recommend Natraj Sarovar Portico, Jhansi to anyone. This place has completely lost our trust, and we will never consider coming back. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Service: 1

*Disappointing Stay at Sarovar Portico Hotel* I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering a stay at the Sarovar Portico Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it.although room service was good and room was also clean but their restraunt was waste of money .are bhai isse acha khana to bahar gali wali dukaano me milta hai .i asked for one glass warm water he said we dont have warm water .

Their hospitality and rooms are very good. Location is also proper for commute through the city. The restaurant serves food which is upto the class for their pricing. Altogether everything is good here. Service: 5
