Sharing my experience with the bake walk outlet in salugara ,the owner and receptionist has displayed their callous attitude by misbehaving with their prime customers.they sell a 2 pound cake at 2350 rupees which is even costlier than 5 start outlet.misbehave with customer on whom they are thriving upon. They dnt provide things as promised and then deny to return the advance payments too,so that you are forced to buy from them.Absolutely disappointing as staff their has zero PR skills...and that will definitely cost them a lot of customers.
