the cake is all messed up. the restaurant ruined my wife's birthday. did not follow delivery instructions and rang the bell. I want full refund for this order. This restaurant should be blacklisted.

the picture of the cake had pineapple pieces filled in at the centre of the cake and the cake sent has only 5 micro small pieces of pineapple. very bad experience from Bake ur day. the cake is just 400 gms whereas I ordered 1/2 kg cake. You are even cheating customers
