I'm regular customer of bake ur wish cake shop since 2.5 years and I recently bought 500gms of Irish coffee flavour cake at ₹420/- in which I didn't felt coffee flavour at all,also it was not smooth like other cakes has.. The quality of cake is not good as earlier so I'm writing this review to share my experience with bake ur wish cake shop.. The quality is getting less and price is high.. Also they are charging ₹10 for a small paper bag which not even wortyof ten rupees. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a customized cake from here for my son birthday and it exceeded all expectations! Not only did it but also it tasted heavenly too their packaging and timely delivery also make them a fantastic choice Highly recommended!! And overall experience is 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

!!!!!Beware the honest reviews will be deleted by them!!!!!!!!!! This has been one of the most disappointing and unhygienic experiences I’ve had with Bake UR Wish—and unfortunately, not the first. For the second time now, we found egg shells in their cake, ruining what was meant to be a special celebration. The first incident happened back in November when we ordered a customised birthday cake. We found egg shells in it and immediately informed the store, hoping they would acknowledge the issue and take some corrective action. Sadly, there was no response or follow-up from their end. We gave them the benefit of the doubt then, assuming it was an honest mistake. But having the same issue happen again clearly shows a lack of basic quality control and concern for customer experience. It's extremely disappointing, especially considering their cakes are priced on the higher side—something we were okay with, expecting a premium experience. This time too, when we raised the issue, the staff casually said a supervisor would get in touch and asked us to share the pictures so they could “look into it.” But honestly, that’s just not enough. The cake was completely inedible, filled with egg shells throughout, and turned out to be a major letdown in front of our guests. A cake is often the centerpiece of a celebration—and this one turned into a disaster. They’ve lost a customer, and I’d strongly urge others to think twice before placing an order here.
