My visit to Bake Shore was extremely disappointing. The staff were soo rude, downright unfriendly—no greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, they acted as if I was bothering them. Their attitude completely ruined the experience. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. It felt like guests’ concerns and requests were not taken seriously at all. Such poor service completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
