I had a very disappointing experience at Bake Story Bakery. The staff were extremely arrogant when we asked whether the items were fresh. Despite their rude assurance that they "only serve fresh items," we later found out that some of the products being sold were expired. On top of that, the overall hygiene of the place was poor and not up to basic standards. Definitely not a place I would recommend unless they make serious improvements in cleanliness, staff attitude, and product quality Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1

I'll give a negative star for the service. One of the worst experiences I've ever had from the staff. I asked for something, but they didn't care, as if they were not the employees there.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Nice service and almost every items are available there. The employees are very good to costumers too. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
