packaging was not done properly...no tape was used to pack the cake box completely...it was difficult to handle

Very good quality compared to mio amore and monginis ....bake my day cake essence is so good quality super cool and im very fond of their cakes ....it was started for just a piece of pastry buying for my little nephew . And ended very very lovable moments & being fan of this store .... definitely try there cakes insted of same leading mio amore in this local. Hope "bakr my day" u will keep your rates this much competitive and still serves this level of quality ?
