I bought a butterscotch cake from this shop through zomato but the quality was extremely poor. The cake tasted syrupy, and the chef even admitted on the call that it had a chemical-like texture. I had already informed the restaurant about this, and they said that the chef uses cream purchased from another shop, which means they do not check the quality themselves. The staff also mentioned that they had reported issues with this cream two days ago, yet they still used it to prepare the cake. And also when I called to the shop they said sorry to me and said another customer also complaint to them in same case My question is: if they already knew the cream had a chemical taste, then why did they continue using it? Also, the owner behaved very badly when I asked for a refund. I told him that I would take legal action, and still he spoke disrespectfully. This shop completely spoiled our day.
