Hi Raj, we’ve noticed repeated negative reviews from your account. We take feedback seriously, but we also request fairness. Every meal you’ve ordered — including this one — was freshly prepared and packed with care. If you’re truly unhappy, we’re happy to address it directly. But clarify something for us - why order from restaurants you have had bad experiences with, again and again?? We have escalated this to Zomato support.Also we've noticed that you have been repeatedly leaving negative, vague, and unverified reviews on multiple restaurants, including ours. This appears to be targeted and malicious, not genuine feedback. There's repeated critical reviews from your profile across various restaurants, including ours specifically for item 'misal'. And you always purchase 1+ item with it so you can review both items as 'bad'. We’re committed to quality, and most of our customers are happy with our food and service. We encourage genuine feedback, but targeted negativity without specific details helps no one. We’ve flagged this review for further review.
