I had placed the order for 3 1 kg date and walnut dry cakes on the festival of Rakhi. To my utter dismay, the cakes were stale, and the walnuts were rancid. When I raised the complaint for the same, the bakery told me that they would compensate for it on my next purchase. For my next purchase, they just provided a negligible discount. Unfortunately, a bakery with such a sound reputation is not bothered about maintaining good will in the eyes of its customers.
